what’s the difference between dog collars and human collars?

i just want to know the differnce, and if a normal dog collar is safe to use?

You better play it safe and use a human collar (Ohhh, kinky, aren’t we!)
Dog collars might be unsafe since dogs are much smaller than humans, thus the dog collar would be smaller and there’s a potential risk of accidental strangulation.
