I’d like to surprise my girlfriend by getting her Shih Tzu a Burberry Dog Collar but don’t know the size. Can’t seem to find it when I do search either.

Please let me know in size by inches and letter size. Thanks in advance!
Was hoping for someone who actually owns a Shih Tzu to provide an answer other than for me to measure it’s neck. Kinda defeats the element of ‘surprise’ ya know..

  Well any collar that I find in the store has the breed size. You will have to measure the dog.

  Go to your girlfriend’s house and measure either the dog’s current collar or the dog’s neck. I would measure both at the top and base of the neck to ensure that you get the right size. It will probably be a small or X-small.

  An X-small or small size would probably work. The length would probably be between 8-12 inches.
  If you can, get the dogs current collar and measure it, or measure the dogs neck. Then buy a collar the same length.

  or, you could by a small adjustable collar, key word being adjustable. that way if you need more or less room, you have it. a small should work thoudh unless the dog is pudgy.

  Well what you need to do is measure the dogs neck then add 2′ for a proper and true fit. This is the best way to get a proper collar fit.

  The size and weight of the dogs dose not determine the size of the collar you need to fit the dog you need to measure the dogs neck to get a proper fit for her dog. Not all Shih Tzu are created equal.
