I am getting a DlC for Fable 2 and i need to know which one i should get? Also what are the 3 new dog breeds in See the future DLC for Fable 2?

Well, if you finished the game*SPOILER ALERT* and picked anything but the Love option, or plan to, then Knothole Island, as you can sacrifice someone to get back your dog. If you got love or plan to, See the Future is better, as you can change your breed, as you said.
And it’s husky, bloodhound, and dalmation for breeds.
