I am getting a contract ready for a rental property that I'm going to purchase, and we are going to stipulate in the lease that we will only allow dogs who are 20 pounds or less. I won't write the breeds in the contract, but this is just more for my own idea of what breeds my tenants might actually bring into the apartments, so that way I'll have an idea. THANKS.
