my dog was diagnosed with heart worms today and i was wondering if they feel any pain physically or emotionally.. thanks
were starting treatment saturday….

Uh, yeah, they do. Eventually.
You better start treatment. The longer it goes, the harder (and more expensive) it is to get rid of it.
Why exactly haven’t you had your dog on heartworm preventative all this time?
