i fed my dog freshies supreme green dental bone and it gave her bad diarrehia what can i do to help her?

I only gave her one and it says one a day but it tore her poor tummy up really bad.

    Whenever my dog has diarrhoea i always make sure i give him many walks but also if it carrys on take your doggy to the vets they will give some tablets that will help her! Hope i helped

    I suggest you stop giving those immediately! We started giving those to our dog and the same thing happened. Also it has been known for dogs to choke and die on those dental bones. After awhile of regular feeding you dog will return to normal if not call the vet right away!

    Well for starters, obviously dont give those to her again, and if she is still having diarrhea after a while, I would recommend taking her to the vet.

    mix sum canned pumpkin in with the dog food … (giving them less dog food of course ..just a few table spoons) it is low cal ,good for them and most dogs LOVE it. ( canned unsweetened, unspiced plain ole pumpkin)( not the pie filling tho) you can get it anywhere.IT is also great for diarrhea and constipation.
    and no more dental bones for her.. at least not that brand,

    Ditch those things and give her a bit of Kaopectate.

    Those green dental things are awful for dogs. They can actually cause blockages with can be fatal. And they often cause the runs, especially in small dogs. You should feed her a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice, no treats or anything. Oh, and of course comfort her.

    My dogs have loose stool a few times a year. It’s a nightmare, and it can take a while to clear up. Here’s my remedy: plain boiled rice, a plain cooked chicken breast, and a couple tablespoons of pumpkin puree (that canned stuff you use to make a pie — do not buy the kind with the spices). Don’t give her too much. A half a cup of the mixture at her feeding times should be plenty. If it doesn’t clear up in 48 hours, take her to the vet.
    Also, do NOT give her any more of those treats. And please don’t attempt to give her OTC human medication for diarreah, it’ll bind her up for days.
    Be patient with your dog. I know it can be frustrating, but keep your cool. Yelling at your dog for accidents will only make it worse. Oh, and be sure to take her out for frequent potty breaks!
