  I use a company called Bulwark, but I’m not sure if they exist in your area since I don’t know where you are from! As far as the cost, I believe most pest control companies require some sort of contract. This is the case with the company I use at least. You can’t just schedule them to come out and do one visit. You have to sign a contract for a year of service. I pay $30.00 per month and am very happy with the service, so if they have a branch in your area, I would recommend them.
