bad dog barking problem?
my dog is a 4 yr. old bichon frise. she has a MAJOR barking problem. shes a mostly inside dog but you can hear her from a good way away. its really getting annoying and she can bark pretty loud for her tiny body. she barks at squirrels,birds,other dogs,people she doesnt like,the washer,toaster,waffle maker,everything! we have a bark collar and it worked…sorta. getting rid of her is NOT an option. what can i do? my last resort is to call Victoria Stillwell or Ceaser Milan or something. thanks and God bless-livie
