Yes you can simulate a brush with a wacom tablet. If you can use Windows XP/Vista there’s also a way of writing kanji that checks correct stroke order. Not sure how exactly but have seen it.

quick question - can you simulate a brush using a Wacom tablet? I want to practice kanji in Photoshop.
